training in Lafayette for the last several years. I graduated from Rossville High School

and then went on to study at Purdue.

My passion has always been for the gym and moving the weights around. Over the last

Hello there my name is Nehemiah! I grew up in the area and have been personal

training in Lafayette for the last several years. I graduated from Rossville High School

and then went on to study at Purdue.

My passion has always been for the gym and moving the weights around. Over the last

25 years I have tried to give everything in the gym a shot in my own workouts. I think

working out should be both productive and fun. In 2021 I decided to become a

trainer and bring this attitude to my clients while helping them achieve their goals.

Currently, I train clients with a wide range of goals. One of the biggest areas of interest

for me is working with clients who are post-injury or post-illness. Designing workout

programs to restore functionality and help people reclaim their lives is a great challenge

and very rewarding. Exercise is a great part of recovery, and it’s my pleasure to help

guide clients through that process.

My own workouts are focused on competing in the sport of powerlifting. I currently

run a powerlifting crew that is focused on competitions in the Indiana area. It’s a great

deal of fun for me to throw on a singlet and compete alongside them.

I feel like a good client session is all about two things: making progress and having a

good time. I like introducing a variety of methods, challenges, and implements to get

that job done. I would love to sit down and chat and see how I can help you move

towards your goals.

My personal fitness revolves around hybrid athleticism, where lifting and endurance training meet. I have always been very active: lifting, running and playing sports since I was young. My goal is to be an ultramarathoner and maintain a respectable bench, squat, and deadlift.  
I started my training journey at the Lafayette Family Y in 2017, where I learned the value of training for function and longevity. I have trained individuals from as young as 9 to the pristine age of 89, all with different goals and motivations. Strength, function, longevity, athleticism, and endurance: whatever your passion, we can get it done.

Hi, my name is Gaby! I have worked within the health & fitness industry for the past 4 years. I myself have lost over 80lbs, competed in powerlifting, and have coached a variety of people ranging from general fitness to competitive bodybuilding.The biggest turning point in my life was when I suffered a career ending injury in 2017. After the injury, I struggled with my mental health, social life, eating habits and gained over 80lbs. It took me 3 years to realize I had enough. I decided to take the step on my own which was extremely difficult and challenging, but with the right support system at my gym and my willingness to learn how to lift I was able to lose all the weight I gained. My two main passions and specialties are powerlifting & weight loss which stems from my own background. Losing weight can be intimidating, but having a coach that understands the struggles makes it so much easier to start.

I strive to add value to all of my client’s lives as well as help them change their lives in a simple and realistic way.

Erin was first introduced to strength sports through CrossFit, an experience that continues to influence her training philosophy today.

Now, she enjoys working with a wide range of tools—from kettlebells and dumbbells to steel maces and sandbags—bringing variety and challenge to every workout. As a coach for our Burn & Build circuit training program, Erin combines her knowledge and enthusiasm to create an engaging, results-driven training environment.

After that I moved into the fitness/lifting world. I competed in Strongman and Powerlifting. I have reached Elite and International Elite Powerlifting numbers and competed internationally several times in both sports.


Over the past 15+ years I have helped clients lose unwanted bodyfat, build muscle, and compete at all levels.


I use a combination of unconventional training (Kettlebells, Clubs, and Maces) and barbell movements to help people reach their desired goals, whether that's to be an elite level powerlifter or just look better on the beach.
