 Hi, I’m Tori!

I was born (but not raised) in Lafayette, Indiana. After spending time in Colorado, Illinois, and Massachusetts, I made my way back to the Lafayette area in early 2023. My passion for fitness started at a young age, lifting with my dad—something that ultimately shaped both my career and lifestyle.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science in 2012 and my Master’s in Kinesiology, Non-Clinical Exercise Science in 2013 from Eastern Illinois University. Along the way, I also built a competitive background in softball, competing from high school through college.

Fitness has played a transformative role in my life. I’ve personally lost over 100 pounds and maintained the strength and athleticism needed for my career in the electrical trade. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry—from front desk to general management—I understand both the excitement of chasing big goals and the hesitation that can come with getting started.

My training philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. Every program I create is tailored specifically to the individual, their goals, and their needs. While sport-specific training and programming are my specialty—shaped in part by my internship under former NSCA Illinois Regional Director James DiNaso—I bring a wide range of experience to the table. This includes working with clients managing conditions such as Stage IV Parkinson’s, as well as those transitioning from physical therapy into continued strength and performance training.

No matter where you're starting or what your goals are, I’d love to help you take the next step.

Hope to see you around PHP!

Hello there my name is Nehemiah! I grew up in the area and have been personal

training in Lafayette for the last several years. I graduated from Rossville High School

and then went on to study at Purdue.

My passion has always been for the gym and moving the weights around. Over the last

25 years I have tried to give everything in the gym a shot in my own workouts. I think

working out should be both productive and fun. In 2021 I decided to become a

trainer and bring this attitude to my clients while helping them achieve their goals.

Currently, I train clients with a wide range of goals. One of the biggest areas of interest

for me is working with clients who are post-injury or post-illness. Designing workout

programs to restore functionality and help people reclaim their lives is a great challenge

and very rewarding. Exercise is a great part of recovery, and it’s my pleasure to help

guide clients through that process.

My own workouts are focused on competing in the sport of powerlifting. I currently

run a powerlifting crew that is focused on competitions in the Indiana area. It’s a great

deal of fun for me to throw on a singlet and compete alongside them.

I feel like a good client session is all about two things: making progress and having a

good time. I like introducing a variety of methods, challenges, and implements to get

that job done. I would love to sit down and chat and see how I can help you move

towards your goals.

Throughout my 10 years of personal training experience, I’ve worked with Subaru employees, young athletes, and the general public. My training specialty is helping skinny guys gain size and strength, as well as feeling more confident with their shirt off in public.

My training style emphasizes injury prevention, training with heavy weights, and simplifying nutrition habits so clients make predictable progress.

Can’t wait to see you in the gym!”

I graduated from Purdue in 2019 with a degree in Applied Exercise and Health and a secondary in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I now own my own business, personal train, and coach soccer, cross country and track (hurdles and distance.)
My personal fitness revolves around hybrid athleticism, where lifting and endurance training meet. I have always been very active: lifting, running and playing sports since I was young. My goal is to be an ultramarathoner and maintain a respectable bench, squat, and deadlift.
I started my training journey at the Lafayette Family Y in 2017, where I learned the value of training for function and longevity. I have trained individuals from as young as 9 to the pristine age of 89, all with different goals and motivations. Strength, function, longevity, athleticism, and endurance: whatever your passion, we can get it done.
I excel at building life lasting connections and getting results, but you gotta want it as much as I do.“Find what you excel at; do it best”

Health and wellness have always been a driving force in Erin’s life. From circuit training and strength development to hiking and paddle boarding, she believes in staying active and helping others build a lifestyle around movement and strength.

Erin was first introduced to strength sports through CrossFit, an experience that continues to influence her training philosophy today. As a coach and personal trainer, she focuses on building strength, improving movement, and helping clients develop confidence both in and out of the gym.

She enjoys training with a wide range of tools—from kettlebells and dumbbells to steel maces and sandbags—bringing variety and challenge to every workout. Erin believes training should be effective, engaging, and adaptable to each person’s goals and abilities.

Erin coaches our our youth athletes. She is also available for one-on-one personal training, working directly with clients who want individualized coaching, structured programming, and focused support to reach their goals.

I trained in various martial arts including Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, even competing at a pretty high level in Kickboxing and MMA through my mid 20's. After that I moved into the fitness/lifting world. I competed in Strongman and Powerlifting. I have reached Elite and International Elite Powerlifting numbers and competed internationally several times in both sports.

Over the past 15+ years I have helped clients lose unwanted bodyfat, build muscle, and compete at all levels.

I use a combination of unconventional training (Kettlebells, Clubs, and Maces) and barbell movements to help people reach their desired goals, whether that's to be an elite level powerlifter or just look better on the beach.

My client results speak for themselves. Are you next?
