Gene Tunney

Classes

Pinnacle 

These classes will focus on developing athleticism and endurance using traditional weight lifting and various kinds of cardio/conditioning. You will burn fat and build a great foundation for life.


Unconventional Athletics

These classes use full body training circuits to build strength and functional movement patterns with an emphasis on non-typical training tools like Kettlebells, Clubs, Maces, and Sandbags.

Thursday- 6:00am

Pinnacle

Monday- 11:30am, 5:00pm

Tuesday- 6:00am

Wednesday- 11:30am, 5:00pm

Friday- 6:00am, 11:30am
